Cancellations more than 7 days before the event may receive a refund, less applicable cancellation and payment-processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but may be treated as a reschedule for a future date at our discretion. Qualifying emergencies or company error may also be considered for a refund or reschedule. Medical emergencies require a doctor’s note. Otherwise, the down payment is retained as a preparation fee.

Yes, as long as your new date doesn’t conflict with another booking. No extra charge if paid in full. Notify us at least 24 hours before your event and within 24 hours of selecting a new date. Rescheduling valid for 90 days (or 1 year if paid in full).
