Do you offer military or repeat customer discounts?

Discounts are only for seasonal, holiday, or newsletter promotions—not for military or Kama‘aina.

What’s your policy on equipment damage?

Customers are responsible for damage, misuse, or replacement costs. Notify us immediately of any accidents and clean spills/dirt from equipment.

Do I have to sign waivers before renting?

Yes, all rentals require signed Liability, Terms & Condition, Package Waivers, and ID. No exceptions.
