When will you arrive to set up?
30 minutes to 1 hour before your scheduled start time. Let us know if you need a different arrival time.
Who is responsible for parking?
The client must provide adequate, legal parking close to the event entrance. Parking fees/valet charges are added to your invoice.
What if there’s no parking available?
Provide advance notice and permits/instructions if needed. Delays may reduce service time and incur a $55 labor fee.
Do I need to help with unloading/loading?
Ensure reasonable access. Restricted/delayed access may affect setup and incur a $55 labor fee.
What are the power requirements (outlets/extension cords/generator okay)?
Most setups use standard 120V outlets. Extension cords are okay; generators can work if they provide stable power—tell us your setup and we’ll confirm what’s needed.
