I have read and agree to the Rental Agreement (2026), One Pager Summary, Privacy Policy 2026, Liability Waiver (2026), Official Policy Form (2026), and any applicable addendums/clauses.

I understand a 50% deposit is required to reserve my booking, and full payment is due before the event begins. Only PayPal or cash is accepted.

I understand all setup, travel, overtime, cleaning, and other fees are disclosed in my quote/invoice and that a 4.712% HI GET tax applies.

I understand cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, with limited credits/rescheduling for venue loss or severe weather.

I understand that if I request a refund or initiate a chargeback more than 7 days before the event, a $40 processing fee will apply and may be deducted from any refund or billed to me.

I will provide a safe venue, legal parking, and all required permits/licenses. I will notify TE of any issues during the event.

I assume all ordinary risks related to event equipment and participation, and I release and hold harmless Terriffics Entertainment LLC, its owner, staff, and subcontractors for any injury, damage, or loss except in cases of gross negligence.

I am responsible for any damage or loss caused by me, my guests, or my vendors, and agree to pay for repairs or replacements as invoiced.

I consent to event photos/videos being used for marketing unless I notify TE in writing before the event.

I understand all agreements are governed by Hawaii law and disputes will be handled in Honolulu, HI.
