A: Each photo booth offers a different experience depending on your event and group size. The Universal Photo Booth is a simple, space-saving option for digital photos, GIFs, videos, and Boomerangs. The Rig Photo Booth uses a professional Canon DSLR and is designed for up to 2 people per shot. The Rig Photo Booth Deluxe features a larger 27-inch display and is designed for group photos. The AI Photo Booth adds AI-enhanced photo experiences along with professional DSLR photography, prints, digital sharing, and interactive features.

Overtime is billed in full-hour increments at the applicable hourly rate. Overtime must be requested and approved when possible and is subject to availability. Any approved overtime charges are due the night of the event.

No. Terriffics Entertainment does not offer overnight equipment holds. Equipment is scheduled for transport or removal the same day unless a different arrangement is specifically approved in advance.

Yes. For safety and equipment-access reasons, we do not service venues located above the 4th floor. Certain muddy, rocky, off-road, mountainous, or otherwise difficult-access locations may also be restricted. Please provide your venue details when requesting a quote so we can confirm that the location is suitable.

Starting prices are based on the standard service package. Your final quote may vary based on event length, location, travel, selected add-ons, setup requirements, applicable fees, and Hawaii GET tax. Any applicable charges will be included in your quote before booking.

Terriffics Entertainment accepts PayPal, credit and debit cards through PayPal, and cash. We do not accept checks. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due on or before the event day. (Down payments are non-refundable within 7 days of your event.)
