Cancellation Policy

Terriffics Entertainment Policies (Summary) Cancellations/Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your event. Refunds: No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of your event, except for emergencies. Down Payment: 50% non-refundable deposit required to book; balance due 7 days before the event. Payment Methods: PayPal and cash only (no checks, Venmo, or Cash App). Event Changes: Rescheduling is allowed if there’s no conflict; additional charges may apply if the request is made within 7 days of the event. Equipment Failure: If Terriffics is at fault, a free reschedule is offered (no partial refunds or credits). Liability: Customers are responsible for obtaining permits, ensuring safe setup space, and for any equipment damage or loss. Weather: Events may be relocated or paused for equipment safety; final decision by Terriffics Ent. Add-Ons/Fees: Transparent pricing includes setup, overtime, travel, risk, cleaning, and Hawaii GET tax. For full details, please refer to your contract or contact us directly. Refund/chargeback fee: If a customer books and then requests a refund or pulls the money back (chargeback) more than 7 days before the event, they will be charged a $40 fee. Clients are responsible for providing images and videos in an organized and usable format. Images should be provided in JPG format whenever possible. If client-provided media is not organized, requires conversion, or needs optimization for use, an additional fee of $25 or more may apply.
